Monument Valley, West Mitten at sunrise, time lapse

Monument Valley in southern Utah is a spectacular destination. Our recent trip to this photographer and filmmaker’s paradise was amazing! There is a distinct feeling you experience while visiting this place that immediately enables one to slow down a little as you view the incredibly shaped rock formations and buttes. We, of course, came to capture the stunning views to add to CrackerClips stock footage collection. We were not disappointed. Just prior to sunrise we found that we had the place basically to ourselves as we set up our tripod and trusty Sony Z1u video camera. As the day progressed we were able to create HD stock footage clips of all the valley’s most prominent formations, all with beautiful lighting. View more stock footage of Monument Valley.

For those of you who watched the Beijing Olympics on television or better yet have been to China yourselves you know that visually China is an amazing destination!
